We assist people that are struggling with using their technology. We don't just fix the problem, we show you how to fix it, walking you step-by-step through the process, turning a problem into a learning experience.

How does it work?

We offer remote support, phone support, and in office/home support to meet your needs.

You book an appointment online through our easy to use calendar system. You will be called/emailed prior to your appointment for confirmation. A few minutes prior to your appointment we will be calling you or arriving to your home/office depending upon how it was booked. 


If we only help for 10 minutes its considered half an hour. If we help for 35 minutes its only considered half an hour. If its over 35 minutes its considered a full hour.


Our pricing structure is simple. Phone support and remote desktop support is $30.00 an hour plus tax.

If you request on site support then it's $36.00 an hour plus $10-$15.00 trip charge depending on distance.
